Manage who can access your workspace from Dashboard → Settings → Members.

Roles

Owners manage everyone; admins manage members only. You can never change your own role, and the owner role moves only via explicit transfer.

Inviting teammates

Owners and admins can invite by email from the Members card:
  1. Enter the teammate’s email and pick a role (Member or Admin).
  2. They receive an invite email and see the workspace when they sign in with the matching Google account.
  3. Invites expire after 7 days. Resend rotates the link and starts a fresh window; Revoke cancels it.

Domain self-join

Instead of inviting one by one, owners and admins can let anyone whose Google email matches a verified sending domain join on their own:
  1. Verify a sending domain under Custom Domains.
  2. Toggle Domain self-join on in the Access card.
Self-joiners always arrive as members — never owners or admins.

Ownership transfer, leaving, deletion

  • Transfer ownership (owner only): hand the workspace to another member from the Danger Zone. You become an admin.
  • Leave workspace (non-owners): immediate loss of access to inboxes, keys, and domains.
  • Delete workspace (owner only): permanently removes inboxes, keys, domains, webhooks, and messages. Workspaces with an active subscription must cancel billing first, and deletion requires typing the workspace name to confirm.

Programmatic access

List workspace members over the API with GET /v1/organization/members (scope organization:read) — see Organization API.
Member changes are recorded in Recent activity on the Settings page, so every invite, role change, removal, and transfer leaves an audit trail.
